Return and refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from shapmama.com. If you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items and free gifts cannot be returned.
• Customized items can only be returned if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Returns must be shipped within 7 days after a return label is issued.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
How to Return
1. Contact us at support@shapmama.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.
Return Address
Please contact our customer service at support@shapmama.com. You will receive a reply with the return address within 1-2 business days. Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After processing or shipping begins, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may return the item once received.
