The delivery timeline consists of two parts:

Processing Time: 3-5 business days.


Shipping Time (U.S. Orders): 5-12 business days. A tracking number will be provided.

Standard Shipping and Free Shipping.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders.

Customs & Duties:


All import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid in accordance with the local customs policies of the destination country.

Order Confirmation:


Once your order is confirmed, we will send a confirmation email and begin preparing it immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Information:

If the tracking information shows your package as delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to inquire. We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost.

After a package is shipped (processing takes 3-7 business days), please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to update.

If the estimated delivery date has passed, or if you have any questions about your shipment status, please feel free to contact us.

Order Cancellation & Changes:

We strive to process and ship orders quickly. As a result, the time window for changes and cancellations is very short—typically within a few hours of order placement. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@shapmama.com

Force Majeure:

Major events such as war, natural disasters, or pandemics may cause a surge in shipping volume, placing immense pressure on global logistics networks and potentially leading to significant delays.

Non-Liability:
Shapmama is not responsible for the following situations:

Carrier-Marked "Delivered": 

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier for delivery details.

Incorrect Address:

If a package is undeliverable or forwarded due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible.
